About Me

I, Lindsey, am a lifelong reader & learner. An INFJ. An Enneagram 4. A Scorpio, if that means anything to you. A former psychology undergraduate & graduate student, now a social media intern & bookish content creator (shameless plug: @bookmarkedwithlinds on Instagram).

As a highly neurotic 24 year old, I thought life's path was school, more school, even more school, and then landing a job. While that is still the goal, the time after graduating with a master's degree has felt more aimless & full of self reflecting. 

I've always been a reader, but never more so than the last five years of my life. It's been fun to realize that I, as a human, have free will & that with that free will, I can spend my time reading books & talking about them on the Internet. This part of my life will probably be little more than a hobby, but it's a hobby I care about, and it isn't that all that matters?

I come at this world with a passion for humanity, empathy, & human emotion. This leads to a lot of time spent reading novels led by the development of deep, layered characters & emotion stories. Romance and contemporary fiction will always have my heart, but I can't forget to mention my love of books about comedy or music.
